@Deleted User let me tell you a little secret about tulpas. Tulpas don't spring from the depths of your brain, fully formed and independent people. They become that by you taking and nurturing and supporting whatever bits of their thought you do understand and can respond to. I'm not saying that all of your stray thoughts are her, because they absolutely aren't. But at some point you're going to get something 'different', and you need to hang on to that rather than dismissing it.
I've not been diagnosed but I can infer and research. Mildly bipolar, neurosis. Loads of anxiety and nervous energy, social anxiety especially. Obsessive personality in general. Regular sucidal thoughs, though im not inclined towards killing myself
More likely than not, I'll have her ride along on my trips to the range, as well as try and narrate to her more when I'm working. Work narration is difficult, though, as my work environment is not conducive to decent focus.
Not trying to rush the process, but do you think it would help her develop if I gave her access to a metaphorical door to my thoughts/ memories? Would it even make a difference?
